Via Technology is a systems and technology advisory firm working with NDIS providers seeking more predictable, resilient business operations.
We do not position technology as the solution. First, we design a stable System: the interaction of people, process, and technology producing optimal service delivery, compliance, and cashflow outcomes.
Through our risk-led operating framework, we help providers reduce operational risk across service delivery, rostering, operations, billing, and reporting. Our work clarifies decision rights, defines operating standards, produces explicit artefacts, and establishes practical governance rhythms.
Only once process control exists do we introduce (or optimise) your technology as a supporting tool.
We are well-suited to serve small and mid-sized NDIS providers who are experiencing growth strain, compliance anxiety, staff dependency, or technology chaos. Most issues they describe as “tech problems” are system failures in disguise (lack of process clarity or undefined roles).
